Question

Curious what your thoughts are - am I not aware of tell tale signs of a pitcher when they throw a shotty pitch and nearly hits player on accident? VS it being part of their strategy and scare the batter if crowding plate or something like that?

How hard to control when someone trying to throw a pitch where it has significant movement like a splitter sinker etc
